Terms of Service — Hanami
Effective date: June 8, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Hanami (“Hanami”, “we”) and the person or entity that contracts our services (“the Client”, “you”). By contracting any of our packages and completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
1. About Hanami
2. Contracted services
The specific scope of your contract corresponds to the package you selected at the time of purchase:
When you contract a specific package on hanami.mx, this section will reflect its description, investment, and deliverables.
This scope constitutes the object of the service. Any work, functionality, or deliverable not explicitly described in the contracted package is considered out of scope and, if required, will be quoted separately as an additional phase or service.
Delivery times are good-faith estimates and may be adjusted based on project complexity, the Client's material availability, and review cycles. Hanami commits to communicating any adjustments in a timely manner.
3. Client collaboration
To deliver quality work within estimated timeframes, we need your collaboration. The Client commits to providing in a timely manner the materials, access, information, and approvals needed (text, images, existing identity, domain or platform access, feedback at each phase, etc.).
Delays in providing these materials or in approvals may extend project timelines, without constituting a breach by Hanami.
4. Payments
Hanami packages are charged through a single full upfront payment, via our secure payment platform. Work begins once payment is confirmed.
Your payment reserves our time, resources, and production capacity for your project, and covers the professional work, tools, and dedication we commit from day one. As a result, amounts paid are non-refundable once work has begun, as they reflect resources effectively committed to your project.
If an exceptional situation arises, Hanami may evaluate it and, at its sole discretion, offer a solution it considers fair to both parties. This is a courtesy, not an obligation.
5. Intellectual property
This is an important section, so we explain it clearly.
What is yours. Once payment is completed and the project delivered, the Client owns the final deliverables corresponding to their package: visual design, brand identity, text, images, and content created specifically for the Client, as well as the right to use the final site or product on their own domain and for their own operations.
What remains Hanami's. Hanami retains at all times ownership of the technology, codebase, systems, frameworks, methodologies, tools, templates, reusable components, and technical knowledge with which the work is built. The Client receives a usage license over their final product, but does not acquire rights over the underlying technology or Hanami's methods.
Consequently, the Client may not resell, sublicense, replicate, decompile, or transfer to third parties Hanami's technology, codebase, or systems, nor use them to create competing or derivative products. The final product is for the Client's use and operation, not for redistribution as technology.
Portfolio. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Hanami reserves the right to display the work performed in its portfolio and promotional materials.
6. Use of artificial intelligence
7. Warranties and liability
Hanami delivers its work to the highest professional standard. However, we do not guarantee specific commercial results (such as a certain number of sales, customers, conversions, or rankings), as these depend on multiple factors outside our control, including the market, the Client's offering, their operations, and external factors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hanami's total liability for any claim related to these services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client for the contracted package.
